What The F*ck To Do With Your Fitness
A 5-hour, in-person workshop to help you build a 12 month health and fitness plan that actually fits YOUR fucking life, not someone else's.
Leave with a clear plan for the next 12 months, built alongside me and my team + a bonus 3 months inside The Long Game to go and live it.
MELBOURNE | 9 AUGUST | 10AM-3PM
What Women Keep Telling Me
Your friend is doing pilates.
Your sister runs, a lot.
You’re hearing a lot about bone density these days?
That frenemy from high school is a HIIT junkie who’s ripped and you hate-follow her online even though it makes you feel like shit, all the whilst thinking -
“I don’t know what the actual fuck I’m supposed to do.”
If that sounds like something you've said out loud, to a friend, to your partner, to yourself at 11pm doomscrolling your phone - HELLO! You're exactly who this day is for Why? Because here's what's coming for you over the next few weeks.
Come spring, your feed will turn into this →
Do this one magical fucking workout to transform your body (oh, I didn’t realise there was anything WRONG with my body?)
Join this Pilates membership and complete JUST 20 classes in 4 weeks (is that how much we’re supposed to be working out??).
Grab this generic online meal plan and lose 15kg in 8 weeks (like that’s a normal, recommended amount to lose in that period of time, hint: no it’s fucking not).
"Shred" for summer (Fuck, that sounds like it’s going to be really hard?)
"No excuses - just results"(because apparently your kids, your mental load, your burnout, your job, your nervous system - all just excuses.)
Get your "best self" back (back from where exactly?)
I'm sick of it, aren't you?
BUT UNDERNEATH, It's always the same fucking thing. However it's dressed up, be it confidence, health, your fucking "best self," the method is the same.
Just do as many workouts as you can fit into as little time as possible, eating as little as possible, to lose as much weight as fast as possible.
Before summer. Before the holidays. Before someone sees you in a swimsuit.
GOD FORBID THEY SEE YOU IN A SWIM SUIT, Susan!
And for what? For what reason? Why do we need to look "good" in a swimsuit and what does "good" even mean?
Thin.
Aka - as small as possible.
Aka - easy to look at.
Aka - Amenable to men, mostly.
(Ew…)
And in the end, all this confusion lands you nowhere.
F*ck that. Give me old lady bones.
Give me strength, capacity, and becoming durable enough to carry whatever my life actually throws at me. Honestly, what’s the point of surviving a 4 week shred if I end up with osteoporosis?
No one writing those programs is thinking about your actual life. Your chaos. Your kids. Your trauma. No one's telling you what to do when you inevitably fall off it (because that’s actually REALLY normal - what are you? A robot?).
Those quick fix, short term plans were never built to survive your real week in the first place. It was built for you to fail so they can sell you the next one.
So let’s not do that, hey?
You're confused because no one ever built something around your actual life.
Noone’s thinking about your long game.
You've done the online challenges. The hard to relate to PT. The meal plans your family HATES. The "just be more consistent."
Just be “more disciplined.”
And you’ve internalised the idea over and over again, that this is something you just can’t do.
It’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough
But you know you're intelligent, you follow through when something makes sense and none of it has stuck, not because you're lacking, but because it was never built for your brain, your week, your family, your trauma, your lifestyle, your mother load.
Instead, you’re being sold neurotypical solutions that inevitably fall apart.
You're not a project to be fixed. You never were.
You just need a solution relevant to your situation.
The Exact Solution
One day, in person, with someone who can tell you exactly what works, what’s evidence based and what’s a big pile of fuck the fuck off (before spring marketing tells you to start over - again).
It’s starts with a real conversation, in a room with women just like you, and you leave knowing exactly what to do next.
Not in theory.
Not something you have to retrofit.
Not a cute concept
Your exact plan for your exact life.
In these workshops we bring together three things most fitness spaces never combine.
An evidence-based approach to training and nutrition specifically for women 30+, not generic 20-something programming. The principles are foundational, however they can be applied in all kinds of ways.
Neuroaffriming practice and trauma informed training, plus social work theory including systems thinking and concepts like Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Your fitness doesn't exist separately from your sleep, your stress, your relationships, your capacity in any given week.
NLP coaching that works with the subconscious patterns and programming that have you repeating the same cycle no matter how much willpower you throw at it.
What you walk out with
A real, written, 12-month plan, built for your actual life, in the room, with me.
That could look like:
knowing exactly how many times a week you're realistically going to train (not how many times you wish you would — how many times you will, given your week, your energy, your kids, your job).
What you're actually going to do with your nutrition — not a meal plan, but a framework that travels with you into any week, any season, any curveball.
And a clear reverse-engineered path from where you are right now to where you want to be, so you're not guessing, you're executing.
You'll also leave with 12 weeks of access to the TLG app, where your plan lives and gets implemented (which is optional to use) so it doesn't sit in your notes app and slowly die. It has a home, and you have support while you're living it.
For the first time, you won't walk away with inspiration. You'll know exactly what to do.
How The Day Runs
-
No rushing in. Come in, get a hot drink, get comfortable before we start.
-
We look at your goals, your actual lifestyle, your real capacity and build a disgustingly easy plan to suit your life, using TLG's 3-Step Focus Framework. You leave with a plan you then go and implement using the TLG app over the next 12 weeks.
-
Home-cooked, whole foods, full of carbohydrates, and love. Made by me (did I mention my mum was a chef?)
-
This is the part clients from our April TLG retreat still talk about as being powerful AF — for those brave enough to step up. Real women in the chair, real coaching, real solutions in real time. With the rest of the room as witness, learning alongside. You don't have to volunteer to get something out of watching it, but if you do, your life can change.
-
We close the day grounded, not wired. We’re not here to leave with huge burning fires of motivation that inevitably run out. We finish instead with a guided visualisation to lock in what’s next at the cellular level, instructing your subconscious and walking out with total certainty.
What’s included:
When you grab your spot you get access to:
A 5 hour, fully catered, intimate live health and fitness workshop delivered in person at a Melbourne location (valued at $499)
Conversations with a room full of women who fu-hucking get it, including the TLG leadership team (honestly, priceless)
BONUS - 3 months inside The Long Game (valued at $1300 AUD)
Total value - $1800
Split payment available on request - two fortnightly payments if that works better for you.

Questions You’re Probably Sitting With
-
You're still welcome. This day is shaped by what I've learned working with neurodivergent women and women with trauma specifically — but the core of it is the same for any woman who's tired of plans that don't fit her real life. Diagnosed, self-identified, vibe with my words, or just curious — you belong in the room.
-
Of course. This is an inclusive, mother-centric business — babes in arms are always welcome. If your little one isn't mobile yet, bring them along, feed them, settle them, whatever you need. You don't have to find childcare to be in the room.
-
Yes — and honestly, this is exactly who the day is for. This isn't a competing workout program. It's a holistic workshop. We're not here to add another training plan to the pile. We're here to look at your whole life — your training, your nutrition, your energy, your nervous system, your family, your actual week — and work out how everything you're already doing (or want to do) fits together. Whatever you've already got going on, this slots in around it, not against it.
-
Anything you share with me one-on-one stays between us. Participating and sharing in the group — the workshop and the hot seat — are voluntary. You choose what you bring into the room and what you keep to yourself. No one is put on the spot, nothing is shared without your say-so, and you can get enormous value from the day without disclosing a single personal detail if that's where you're at.
-
That’s okay — actually, it's expected. For most of the women who come to this, health and fitness isn't just about the gym. It's tied to how they've felt about their bodies for decades, to things that happened to them, to years of being told they weren't enough or were too much. If you come in carrying some of that, you're not the odd one out. You're probably the majority of the room. You don't have to be ready. You don't have to have it together. You just have to show up — and we'll meet you exactly where you are.
-
Nothing. Seriously. No prep required — that's the whole point. Bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and if you've got a baby in arms bring them too. I'll have morning tea and lunch sorted. If you want to jot down your current goals or frustrations beforehand so they're fresh in your mind, that's genuinely useful — but it's not homework, just a thought. The only thing I ask is that you show up with an open mind and give yourself permission to actually be in the room for the day, phone down, present. That's it.
-
Yes. In some ways, you're the ideal person to be in this room. You haven't got years of ingrained habits to unpick. We get to build something from scratch, for you, that actually fits — rather than retrofitting a beginner into a framework built for someone who's been training for years. Come as you are.
-
No. Most women who come to this don't have a clear goal, they have overwhelm, and a sense that something needs to shift. That's enough. Clarity is what you leave with, not what you need to arrive with.
-
Both. The day stands on its own — you'll leave with a plan regardless. But you also get 3 months gifted inside The Long Game, so what we build together on the day has somewhere to actually live and be supported, rather than sitting in a notebook by itself. There’s no pressure to join if you feel complete afterwards, but the opportunity for support and implementation
-
Your plan is yours — you built it, you keep it. What changes after 3 months is the support structure around it. If it's working and you want to stay inside TLG, you'll have the option to join the 2027 program or extend your membership. If you've got what you needed and you're flying, that's a win too. No pressure, no cliff-edge — just a natural point to decide what you need next.
-
Yes. The whole point of this day is that we build around your actual life — and your actual body, in its actual current state. Injuries, chronic conditions, fluctuating energy, flare-up weeks — these aren't complications to work around, they're part of what we factor in from the start. Just let me know when you book so I can make sure we approach your plan with that context already in the room.
-
I don’t ever advocate a specific approach when it comes to food. But I want to be honest with you about. out my approach to data — because it's a bit different from what you might expect in a space like this. I believe in a holistic approach, and I genuinely love that more women are looking for one. However, in my experience, ignoring data is the answer. Avoiding something doesn't make you free from it — it means it still controls you, just quietly. If you're scared of tracking, scared of the scale, scared of calories — that fear is worth looking at, not bypassing. What we work on is the underlying relationship that makes those things feel threatening in the first place. When you're not afraid of data, it becomes a tool. Just a tool. That's the goal.
I’m Bec Cameron
Founder of The Long Game, and the woman standing in front of you, ready to show you everything I know, because I've lived every part of what I teach.
I lost 30kg postpartum, not through a 12-week challenge or a system built for someone else's body, but by figuring out, slowly and the hard way, what actually worked for mine. Before that, for nearly ten years, from 2007 to 2018, I had an eating disorder. On and off, in and out, white-knuckling my way through the same cycles you might recognise: restrict, restrict, restrict, collapse, shame, start again. I also carry sexual assault trauma and grief and loss that changed the shape of my life in ways no fitness plan ever accounted for.
I'm not telling you this for sympathy. I'm telling you because none of the fitness coaching I received back then ever looked at the whole picture. Not one person asked what was underneath it. They just kept handing me plans and wondering why they didn’t work.
I know the cycle of starting strong and the ghosting. I know what it feels like to believe you're the problem.
Getting my diagnosis as an autistic woman in my 30s didn't change who I was — it explained everything. Why discipline-based advice never worked long-term. Why I needed structure, but not the kind most programs offered. Why the issue was never my effort.
I hold a double bachelor's degree in Social Work and Sociology, and I've spent 10 years coaching women through fitness, identity, and behaviour change, not as separate disciplines, but as the same work. In the last 18 months alone, through TLG, I've worked with close to 100 women. That background is why The Long Game isn't a workout plan with some mindset content bolted on. It's built on how people, environments, and behaviour actually interact.
I built TLG because I cannot keep pretending the standard approach made sense — not for me, and not for the capable, neurodivergent women I kept watching collapse under plans that were never built for them.
Everything in the room with you on the day comes from that same place: lived experience, fucked up back story, tangible results, evidence-based practice, and a refusal to hand you another generic plan and tell you it's your fault when it doesn't work out.
Proof that when nothing is certain — anything is possible.
Have a question about how the day runs?
Let’s chat! Questions are valid and it’s totally legitimate that you' might need to know more. Just don’t leave it too long because spots are limited.
I think you’re capable AF
You're not a project that needs managing. You're a fucking remarkable woman who's never had someone sit down and build something around her actual life — instead of asking her to fit into someone else's. Before spring marketing tells you otherwise, come find out what you're actually capable of.
