2. The Program
The Long Game 2027 is a 10-month group coaching and education membership program running from February 2027 through November 2027. The program includes:
Seasonal curriculum delivered via the Everfit platform (video, audio, and PDF resources)
Nine live group coaching calls across the year
Access to an online community forum
Opening Ceremony (February 2027) and Closing Ceremony (November 2027)
Two membership tiers: Standard and Plus (details below)
TLG Plus members also receive a 60-minute onboarding call, a personalised program recommendation, a monthly Loom video from Bec responding to their check-in, and four 60-minute quarterly 1:1 coaching sessions across the year.
The program does not include an in-person retreat in the 2027 cohort year.
3. Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Enrolment window
Enrolment for The Long Game 2027 opens in September 2026 and closes on 12 December 2026. Enrolment after this date is not available. The program begins February 2027.
3.2 Payment structure
Payment is structured as follows:
Payment 1 (deposit): Due at the time of enrolment. This secures your place in the 2027 cohort.
Payments 2–10: Due monthly from February 2027 through October 2027, one payment per month.
November 2027: No payment is due. The Closing Ceremony concludes the program.
Early Bird pricing (September enrolment): 12 payments total (deposit + 11 monthly payments, September through July).
Standard pricing (October–December enrolment): 10 payments total (deposit + 9 monthly payments, February through October).
3.3 Payment tiers
Pricing varies by membership tier (Standard or Plus) and enrolment timing (Early Bird or Standard). Full pricing details are available on the sales page at beccameron.coach. The price applicable to your enrolment is confirmed at the time of purchase.
3.4 Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Long Game Coaching will attempt to contact you within 5 business days. If payment cannot be resolved within 14 days of the failed payment date, your access to program materials, the community forum, and coaching calls may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your membership in accordance with clause 5.
4. Payment Suspension
We understand that life circumstances change. Members may request a payment suspension of up to 8 weeks (two payment cycles) in total across the program year.
During a suspension period, your payments are paused and your membership access continues in full. Suspended payments are not waived — the total program investment remains the same, and the payment plan is extended accordingly.
To request a payment suspension, contact hello@beccameron.com with your reason and proposed suspension period. Suspension requests are assessed at Bec Cameron's discretion and confirmation will be provided in writing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Commitment
Enrolment in The Long Game 2027 represents a 12-month financial commitment (or 10-month commitment for Standard pricing enrolments). This commitment is not conditional on attendance, engagement, or results. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full payment plan regardless of whether you actively participate in all program elements.
5.2 No general right to cancel
Outside of the circumstances described in clauses 5.3 and 5.4 below, The Long Game 2027 membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation of future payments is not available simply because a member has chosen to stop participating or no longer wishes to continue.
5.3 Cancellation in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantee provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You may be entitled to a refund or other remedy if:
The service is not delivered as described (i.e. a major failure in service delivery)
The service is not rendered with due care and skill
The service is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased, as described
Minor variations, technical interruptions of short duration, or changes to scheduling that do not materially affect the program do not constitute grounds for cancellation under the ACL. If you believe you have grounds for a remedy under the ACL, please contact hello@beccameron.com in writing with details of your concern.
5.4 Compassionate exit
Long Game Coaching recognises that exceptional personal circumstances — including serious illness, significant family crisis, or other circumstances beyond a member's control — may affect a member's ability to continue. In such cases, you may request a compassionate review by contacting hello@beccameron.com.
Compassionate exit requests are assessed individually and at Bec Cameron's absolute discretion. An approved compassionate exit may result in a release from remaining payment obligations, a deferral to a future cohort, or another outcome appropriate to the circumstances. Approval of a compassionate exit request is not guaranteed and does not create a precedent for future requests.
Requests must be submitted in writing and, where reasonable, supported by relevant documentation (e.g. a medical certificate or similar).
6. Health, Fitness and the PAR-Q
6.1 Physical activity readiness
The Long Game includes strength training programs and physical fitness guidance. Before accessing training content, all members are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). Access to training programs through the Everfit platform will not be granted until the PAR-Q is completed.
6.2 Medical conditions and modified participation
If your PAR-Q indicates a health condition that may affect your participation in physical training, or if a health condition arises during the program, please notify Bec Cameron at hello@beccameron.com as soon as practicable.
The Long Game is a multifaceted program. If physical training is not appropriate for you — temporarily or otherwise — we are committed to supporting your participation through other program elements, including the mindset curriculum, coaching calls, community forum, and group coaching.
In circumstances where a member's health condition significantly limits their ability to engage with the physical training component of the program, they may be offered a transfer to a 1:1 coaching relationship with Bec Cameron to the value of their current investment. This is offered at Bec Cameron's discretion and subject to availability.
6.3 Assumption of risk
By participating in any physical training component of The Long Game, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk and that you participate at your own risk. You represent that you are in suitable health to participate and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions via the PAR-Q. Long Game Coaching is not liable for injury arising from participation in physical training activities where the member has not disclosed a relevant health condition or has participated against medical advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created and delivered by Long Game Coaching as part of The Long Game program — including but not limited to audio recordings, video content, PDF resources, written materials, call recordings, and curriculum — is the intellectual property of Long Game Coaching and is protected by Australian copyright law.
Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use program content for the duration of their membership, for their own personal development purposes only. Members may not:
Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program content
Share login credentials or grant access to any third party
Screenshot, record, or otherwise capture and distribute content from the community forum, coaching calls, or the Everfit platform
Use program content for commercial purposes
Breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
8. Community Standards
The Long Game community forum exists to support member connection, accountability, and learning. By participating in the forum and on coaching calls, members agree to:
Treat all members and Bec Cameron with respect
Keep all content shared within the community confidential — what is shared in TLG stays in TLG
Not share, screenshot, or distribute any content, images, or personal disclosures made by other members outside of the program
Not use the forum for commercial solicitation or promotion of external products or services
Long Game Coaching reserves the right to remove a member from the community forum or from the program entirely, without refund, if their behaviour is determined to be harmful to other members or to the program environment.
9. Privacy
Long Game Coaching collects personal information from members for the purposes of program delivery, communication, and administration. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for program delivery (e.g. the Everfit platform) or as required by law.
By enrolling, you consent to Long Game Coaching contacting you via email regarding your membership, program content, and relevant program updates.
For full details of how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy at beccameron.coach.
10. Testimonials and Content
From time to time, Long Game Coaching may request your permission to use feedback, testimonials, or reflections you have shared (in writing or verbally) for marketing purposes. Use of your words for any marketing purpose will only occur with your explicit written consent. Consent is never assumed from participation in the program.
11. Changes to the Program
Long Game Coaching reserves the right to make reasonable changes to program content, delivery format, call scheduling, and platform where necessary. Material changes that significantly affect the nature of the program as described at the time of enrolment will be communicated to members in advance.
Minor changes — including rescheduling of individual calls, changes to resource formats, or adjustments to community platform features — do not constitute a material change and do not give rise to a right to cancel or receive a refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Long Game Coaching's liability to any member is limited to the total amount paid by that member for the current program year. Long Game Coaching is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from participation in or inability to participate in the program.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
