In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Long Game Coaching, and "you" means the member enrolling in The Long Game 2027.
2. The Program
The Long Game 2027 is a 10-month group coaching and education membership program running from February 2027 through November 2027. The program includes:
Seasonal curriculum delivered via the Everfit platform (video, audio and PDF resources)
Nine live group coaching calls across the year
Access to an online community forum
An Opening Ceremony (February 2027) and a Closing Ceremony (November 2027)
The program does not include an in-person retreat in the 2027 cohort year.
2.1 Access dates.
Your access to the Everfit platform and community forum opens in January 2027 so you can settle in before the program begins in February. Access ends on 30 November, but members will be offered to renew to ensure access to the following year.
3. Enrolment and Payment
3.1 Enrolment window.
Enrolment for The Long Game 2027 opens in September 2026 and closes on 12 December 2026. Enrolment after this date is not available. Access is granted in January 2027 and the program begins in February 2027.
3.2 Program investment.
The total program investment is $2999.00AUD, payable either in full at enrolment or by instalments as set out in clause 3.3. There is one membership tier.
3.3 Payment plan.
If you choose the payment plan, your investment is paid in 12 instalments of $3000
Payment 1 (deposit): due at the time of enrolment. This secures your place in the 2027 cohort.
Payments 2–12: due monthly from January 2027 through November 2027, one payment per month.
December 2027: no payment is due.
3.4 Your details.
You agree to keep your contact and payment details up to date so scheduled payments can be processed.
3.5 Failed payments.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to contact you within 5 business days. If payment cannot be resolved within 14 days of the failed payment date, your access to program materials, the community forum and coaching calls may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. Suspension of access for non-payment does not reduce the amount owed. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your membership under clause 6.
4. Payment Suspension
We understand that life circumstances change.
4.1 Payment suspension.
You may request a payment suspension of up to two monthly payments in total across the program year. During a suspension, your payments are paused and your membership access continues in full. Suspended payments are not waived: the total program investment stays the same and your payment plan is extended accordingly.
4.2 Financial hardship.
If you experience genuine financial hardship, you may also request a temporary alternative payment arrangement, such as reduced instalments over a longer period. Any hardship arrangement is time-limited, does not waive the total program investment, and may be reviewed if circumstances change.
4.3 How to request.
Contact hello@beccameron.com with your reason and the arrangement you are requesting. Requests are assessed at Bec Cameron's discretion, and any arrangement is only in place once confirmed in writing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Your commitment.
Enrolment in The Long Game 2027 is a commitment to the full program investment, whether paid in full or through the payment plan in clause 3.3. This commitment is not conditional on attendance, engagement or results. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full payment plan regardless of whether you actively take part in every program element.
5.2 No general right to cancel.
Outside the circumstances in clauses 5.3 and 5.4, The Long Game 2027 membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling future payments is not available simply because you have chosen to stop taking part or no longer wish to continue.
5.3 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantees in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You may be entitled to a refund or other remedy if:
the service is not delivered as described (a major failure in service delivery)
the service is not provided with due care and skill
the service is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased, as described
Minor variations, short technical interruptions, or scheduling changes that do not materially affect the program are not grounds for cancellation under the ACL. If you believe you have grounds for a remedy, please contact hello@beccameron.com in writing with details of your concern.
5.4 Compassionate exit.
We recognise that exceptional personal circumstances, including serious illness, significant family crisis, or other circumstances beyond your control, may affect your ability to continue. In these cases you may request a compassionate review by contacting hello@beccameron.com.
Compassionate exit requests are assessed individually and at Bec Cameron's discretion. An approved compassionate exit may result in release from remaining payment obligations, deferral to a future cohort, or another outcome appropriate to the circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed and does not set a precedent for future requests. Requests must be made in writing and, where reasonable, supported by relevant documentation such as a medical certificate.
6. Termination by long game coaching
6.1 When we may end your membership.
We may suspend or end your membership if you:
breach these Terms, including the intellectual property (clause 9) or community standards (clause 10) clauses
fail to make payments as set out in clause 3.5
behave in a way that is unsafe, harmful or seriously disruptive to other members or to the program environment
act fraudulently or unlawfully
Where reasonable, we will contact you first to raise the issue and give you a chance to resolve it.
6.2 What happens on termination.
Termination ends your access to the program immediately. Payments already made are not refunded. Any overdue payments owed at the time of termination remain payable.
7. Health, Fitness and Disclaimer
7.1 General education only.
All program content and coaching is general education only. It does not constitute individual medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. You are responsible for consulting appropriate professionals before making changes that may affect your health or wellbeing.
7.2 No guaranteed results.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result. Results depend on many factors, including your own circumstances and engagement.
7.3 Physical activity readiness (PAR-Q).
The Long Game includes strength training programs and physical fitness guidance. Before accessing training content, all members must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). Access to training programs on the Everfit platform will not be granted until the PAR-Q is completed.
7.4 Medical conditions and modified participation.
If your PAR-Q indicates a health condition that may affect your participation in physical training, or a health condition arises during the program, please let Bec Cameron know at hello@beccameron.com as soon as practicable.
The Long Game is a multifaceted program. If physical training is not appropriate for you, temporarily or otherwise, we are committed to supporting your participation through other program elements, including the mindset curriculum, coaching calls, community forum and group coaching.
Where a health condition significantly limits your ability to engage with the physical training component, you may be offered a transfer to 1:1 coaching with Bec Cameron to the value of your current investment. This is offered at Bec Cameron's discretion and subject to availability.
7.5 Assumption of risk.
Physical exercise involves inherent risk. By taking part in any physical training component of The Long Game, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. You confirm that you are in suitable health to participate and have disclosed any relevant health conditions via the PAR-Q. We are not liable for injury arising from physical training where you have not disclosed a relevant health condition or have participated against medical advice. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Member Responsibilities

9. Intellectual property
All content created and delivered by Long Game Coaching as part of The Long Game, including audio recordings, video content, PDF resources, written materials, call recordings and curriculum, is the intellectual property of Long Game Coaching and is protected by Australian copyright law.

Breach of this clause may result in termination of your membership under clause 6.
10. Community standards
The Long Game community exists to support member connection, accountability and learning. By taking part in the forum and on coaching calls, you agree to:
treat all members and Bec Cameron with respect
keep everything shared within the community confidential: what is shared in TLG stays in TLG

We may remove a member from the community forum, or from the program entirely under clause 6, if their behaviour is harmful to other members or to the program environment.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal information from members for program delivery, communication and administration. This includes health information you provide in your PAR-Q, which is used only to support your safe participation. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where needed to deliver the program (for example, the Everfit platform and our payment provider) or where required by law.
By enrolling, you consent to us contacting you by email about your membership, program content and relevant program updates.
For full details of how your data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy at www.longgamecoaching.com.au
12. Testimonials & consent
From time to time we may ask for your permission to use feedback, testimonials or reflections you have shared (in writing or verbally) for marketing purposes. Your words will only be used for marketing with your explicit written consent. Consent is never assumed from participation in the program.
13. changes to the program
We may make reasonable changes to program content, delivery format, call scheduling and platform where necessary. Any changes will be made in good faith, and you will continue to receive a coaching and community experience substantially consistent with The Long Game as described at enrolment.
Material changes that significantly affect the nature of the program will be communicated to members in advance. Minor changes, including rescheduling individual calls, changing resource formats, or adjusting community platform features, are not material changes and do not give rise to a right to cancel or receive a refund.
These Terms apply to the 2027 cohort as they stand at the time you enrol.
14. limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to any member is limited to the total amount paid by that member for the current program year. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from participation in, or inability to participate in, the program.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
